Introduction

Welcome to jate9. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jate9 ("jate9", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jate9 website located at https://jate9.io and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on jate9, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

jate9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation. jate9's determination of eligibility in any individual case is final.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on jate9. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, jate9 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your jate9 account and for keeping that password confidential. jate9 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out on your account while you are logged in — or through your credentials — is deemed to have been carried out by you.

jate9 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jate9 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme to verify the identity and age of players, prevent money laundering, and ensure compliance with responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of a player's account lifecycle — at registration, at first withdrawal, upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold, or at any other time deemed necessary by jate9.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jate9 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). jate9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform:

If jate9 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, exploitation of promotional loopholes, or provision of false information to qualify for a bonus — jate9 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and close the account.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on jate9 are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, which are published in the Sports Rules section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on jate9:

• A bet is not accepted until you have received written confirmation of the bet (a bet ID or confirmation message displayed on screen). jate9 is not responsible for bets that were not successfully placed due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or incomplete form submission.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit function and the specific market conditions at the time permit it.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with jate9's sport-specific rules. In most cases, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned if the event does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
• jate9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a palpable error occurred in the setting of odds (a "palpable error" is defined as an obvious and verifiable pricing mistake that any reasonable person would recognise as incorrect). In such cases, stakes are returned to the player.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per sport apply and are displayed in the Cashier and Betting Rules sections of the Platform. Winnings exceeding maximum payout limits will be reduced to the applicable maximum.
• In-play ("live") betting markets are subject to automatic suspension and re-pricing as match conditions change. jate9 accepts no responsibility for bets placed during a suspension window if they were processed before the suspension could take effect due to system latency.

• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in any way without human intervention.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players at multi-player games (including live casino tables) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your mobile banking provider or card issuer after funds have been deposited and used on jate9.

Account Suspension and Closure

jate9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity, or a self-exclusion request from the player.

In cases where an account is suspended for investigation, jate9 will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable period — typically within 14 business days of the suspension date. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals released.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jate9 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance in that account. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the player at their request (and no breach has occurred), jate9 will process the remaining balance as a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

Players who voluntarily self-exclude from jate9 through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings will have their account suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
